The lodge is situated a few miles west of Plettenberg Bay, about a 90 minute drive from George Airport and 2 and a half hours from Port Elizabeth. Each of the 10 treetop suites has its own deck and infinity edge plunge pool looking out over the canopy, plus a bathroom with free-standing stone bath and outdoor shower.
There are 6 two bedroom villas with dining room, private pool and outdoor dining area, ideal for families with older kids (children under 10 yrs are not permitted at the hotel). The Tsala restaurant serves excellent Euro-African fusion cuisine, using herbs and vegetables grown in the hotel’s own gardens. Zinzi Restaurant, a short stroll away, offers a casual à la carte dining experience, with an outdoor deck perfect for sundowners and an excellent wine cellar.
Spa treatments are available on request and the hotel can arrange activities including horse riding, quad biking, whale and dolphin watching trips and canopy tours.
