Accommodation

There are 178 air-conditioned, ocean facing rooms, including 22 one and two bedroom suites. All rooms have a large private terrace or balcony and come equipped with a king size or two double beds, a flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, mini fridge and a spacious marble bathroom with both shower and bath. We particularly recommend upgrading to a Deluxe Oceanfront Room which boasts spectacular panoramic ocean views. For families or couples travelling together, the One and Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites offer a separate living room with sofa bed, plus a private Jacuzzi.

Restaurants And Bars

Pembois is the resort’s main restaurant, open daily for an extensive buffet breakfast, barbecue lunch and buffet dinners. The dinner selection changes each night with international dishes and local specialities always on offer. Every Friday evening Pembois also hosts the Grand Tobago Buffet – a feast of authentic and traditional Tobagonian dishes accompanied by live entertainment. The Kali’na fine dining restaurant specialises in cutting-edge Caribbean fusion cuisine, while the Salaka Grill is an al fresco, poolside affair serving up gourmet pizzas and delicious grilled seafood. There is also a snack bar, a café and 3 bars, including a swim-up pool bar.

Facilities

The extensive facilities here include 3 swimming pools (one for adults only), the island’s only 5-star PADI dive centre, floodlit tennis courts, a well equipped fitness centre, an 18-hole championship golf course and a driving range with pitching and putting greens. There is also a full service spa offering a wide range of treatments and, for younger guests, a complimentary kids’ club for children aged 4-12 yrs. For those wanting to get out and about to explore the plantation, the resort offers complimentary bicycle hire as well as hiking trails and birdwatching tours. A complimentary shuttle service is offered to Pigeon Point nature reserve and beach where watersports such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and snorkelling are available.

Important Information

The hotel is on Tobago’s Atlantic coast and strong breezes sometimes cause the sea to be rough and unsuitable for swimming.
