BEACH & POOLS AT PORTO ELOUNDA GOLF & SPA
The 'Blue Flag' awarded private sandy beach provides an inviting place to relax and enjoy the sunshine whilst sipping a cooling drink on a deckchair by the turquoise blue sea. Both the main swimming pool as well as the children's swimming pool are located by the beach and additional indoor and outdoor pools can be found at the Six Senses Spa.
FAMILY SERVICES
An array of family services is available, including a welcome kid's gift bag, slippers and daily luxury toiletries in the room, children's dining room open daily from 6pm, restaurants offering a children's menu and fresh baby food, babysitting in the evening and nanny service during the day. The following items are available to rent for personal in-room use during the holiday: sterilizer, bottle warmer, buggy, potty, step stool and baby bath. It is also possible to baby-proof the room (plugs, corners, doors), this has to be advised upon reservation. Baby nappies and swim nappies are available to purchase at the hotel store.
KID'S ARK CRÈCHE Featuring indoor and outdoor play areas, two shallow pools, dining room, resting area and even a vegetable garden, the Kid's Ark crèche provides a fun programme including drawing, swimming, story telling, outdoor games and more. The crèche is payable and pre-booking is required.
SIX SENSES SPA
One of the most stunning spas in Greece, the award winning Six Senses Spa at Porto Elounda spreads over 2200sqm and overlooks the beautiful Aegean sea. With 23 treatment rooms, Turkish hammam, Tepidarium, Caldarium and private Thalassotherapy Suites, it provides a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. SPORTS FACILITIES
From windsurfing and pedal boats to waterskiing and wakeboarding, the fun on the water is endless. If you prefer to explore the underwater world with its fascinating flora and fauna, the PADI certified dive centre runs courses for all levels. The lovers of golf can enjoy the private 9-hole-par-3 golf course with its own golf academy whilst three astroturf tennis courts are also available with a private as well as a group tuition. If you enjoy more leisurely pursuits, an array of indoor games such as table tennis, pool table or chess will keep you entertained.
This resort is the only Relais & Châteaux property in Crete which makes it a haven for foodies. We highly recommend the Yacht Club which offers dramatic views and hosts the “Fisher’s Evening” on a weekly basis, with a rich seafood buffet and the daily catch served as fresh as it gets.
Privare Pools are available in most accommodation types. The Superior Bungalows are perfect for couples with breath-taking views of the Aegean Sea and a private, heated pool to enjoy the view from.
For an extra special experience, we recommend making use of the resident yacht which is the only Relais & Châteaux yacht in the world, perfect for magical sunset sails and private hire.
