Favourite Destination
I have so many favourite destinations, I love all of the Caribbean Islands as they are so different and offer very different experiences.
I travelled to South Africa and was blown away with Cape Town, Winelands and the Garden Route, so many different elements to this destination and no jet lag!
I also love the Greek Islands, the food is great, the natural beauty of the country and the friendly people all makes for a perfect short getaway.
Cuba is one of my memorable trips, Havana has to be one of the most interesting cities with a diverse range of architecture, art, food, music and a great walking city or travel by a Coco Taxi!
Favourite Hotels
I have more than one favourite hotel, depends on the time of year and who I am travelling with, I love so many so it's difficult to choose, here are a few I love:
St Nicholas Bay, Crete, it is a beautiful hotel with lovely works of art dotted around the hotel, the ambience is calm and serene, it is stylish and comfortable, you feel at home straight away with their lovely staff, wonderful breakfast under the olive groves.
Joali in the Maldives is stunning, it is super romantic with the most amazing water villas, they are private and have so much space, I love all the attention to detail at this hotel, food was simple, thoughtful and delicious and the island was not too big or too small.
Coral Reef Club in Barbados is gorgeous, the accommodation is elegant, dinner is a lovely experience with tiki torches dotted all along the shoreline and the sea in the distance, it has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and you can walk for miles along the beach.
What destination is on your bucket list?
I have been so lucky to have seen many places in my lifetime, I still have a few to see!
Top travel tip?
Someone gave me a great tip so that you are not bothered by the mosquitoes – use baby lotion, there is an ingredient that the mossies do not like and it works!

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do with the money?
I would love to buy my own hotel and set up a boutique B&B in Tobago.
