As you are probably aware the UK Government has recently introduced new regulations regarding flying with electronic equipment.
Travellers may be asked to turn on any electrical or battery powered devices such as telephones, tablets, e-books and laptops in front of security teams and/or demonstrate the item's functionality.
If you are unable to demonstrate that your device has power, the device will not be allowed to travel on your planned service. Please do all you can to ensure that items you bring with you are fully powered before you arrive at the airport.
Please do not bring any broken devices in your hand luggage to the airport as they will not be able to travel as planned. If you are flying as a transfer passenger please ensure that you don't deplete the power in your devices during the first part of your journey.
Flights are operating as normal and you are advised to arrive in good time for the various stages of your journey including check-in, main security search areas and at the boarding gate. You may be subject to additional searches and questions.
Please note, there will be very limited charging points at airports.
You are still able to use your electronic devices on board their aircraft subject to the normal operating rules.
