New Ayurveda Doctor appointed at Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa, Mauritius

Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa is located on the stunning Tamarin Bay, in Mauritius. It is scattered over twenty seven landscaped acres, thus making it the perfect escape if you want to relax and unwind.

The design of the spa, at Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa is heavily influenced by Indian philosophy. Mirroring this design, the spa offers a range of treatments inspired by India, such as Ayurvedic therapies, and a range of facial and body personalised treatments. Alongside this, there is an extensive spa menu, including detoxifying cleansing wraps and relaxing aromatherapy. The range of spa facilities include a spa pool, sauna and steam room, alongside the array of unique treatments.

 

 

Dr Haridas Sreeragh, has recently been appointed as the in house Ayurveda Doctor, at Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa. He will be available for consultation with the hotel guests.
Sreeragh, is from Kerala, India where the practice of Ayurvedic medicine is an integral part of society, he also undertook a bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine, to further his understanding.
He now has over eight years of experience in Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the oldest medical systems, through the use of herbal medicine, and special diet alterations, it is believed that you can cure or alleviate the symptoms of many illnesses. Having an Ayurvedic consultation is an amazing experience, in which you can learn a lot.
