The ultimate in sophistication and delectation is, however, Celebrities, the resort’s celebrated fine dining restaurant, perfect for a romantic dinner and afterwards we suggest heading to The Jetty Lounge on the beachfront, with its sail-like awnings, chilled out beats and divine cocktails.

We recommend making time for a visit or two to the One&Only Spa, with its traditional Oriental Hammam, sauna, steam baths, secluded gardens and pool with sundeck. "The One&Only Royal Mirage is a very unique resort in that it is comprised of three separate and very different hotels. It’s a large resort, and close to the local amenities and shopping malls, yet once inside the resort’s walls, it’s like a haven, with grassy areas, private areas and lots of space.

The Arabian Court is probably the most informal of the lot, and would be best for families as it offers lots of connecting rooms. They also have a good kids' club, and it probably has the most going on."
