There are 15 elegantly furnished rooms and suites scattered across the estate. All are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, iPod docking station, mini bar, complimentary WiFi, espresso machine and a private balcony or terrace. There are three charming Garden Cottages located next to the pool, each recently renovated and extended to include an indoor sitting area and a spacious new terrace. Seaview Rooms and Deluxe Seaview Rooms are closer to the beach and have balconies with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and neighbouring islands; Deluxe Seaview Rooms also feature a private plunge pool. One Bedroom Deluxe Garden Suites have also benefitted from a recent refurbishment and feature an extensive private verandah, plunge pool and outdoor dining area; an external staircase connects to an upper suite, creating a spacious two bedroom accommodation which is perfect for families. The split-level Garden Duplex Suites are on the hilltop with private plunge pools and distant ocean views whilst the Cotton Hill Residence offers a two bedroom villa with private pool and butler service - the ultimate in privacy and seclusion.

The elegant Veranda Restaurant serves breakfast daily and dinner 5 nights per week whilst the Beach Café on the water’s edge is open from 10am - 10pm every day and is perfect for more casual, al fresco dining. The colonial Great Room provides a relaxing setting for a pre-dinner cocktail or afternoon tea overlooking the lily pond. Drinks, refreshing sorbets, chilled towels and cold water are served on the beach and pool deck.

There is a large swimming pool, tennis courts, mountain bikes, fitness centre, dive shop and a selection of non-motorised watersports including sailing, kayaks, pedal boats and snorkelling. (A charge applies for watersports, payable locally). The impressive spa offers treatments by ILA as well as delightful relaxation areas.
