40 simple detached or semi-detached Reethi Villas are situated just steps from the beach, each featuring a partially open air bathroom with shower, plus a private terrace and deck chairs. The 50 detached beachfront Deluxe Villas also have a terrace, along with a bath, open air rain shower, sitting area and Maldivian swing, while the 30 semi-detached Water Villas are built on stilts over the turquoise waters of the lagoon, with a balcony, direct access to the water, bath and rain shower, DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities and sun loungers. All Villas have air-conditioning, king size or twin beds, mini bar, satellite TV and in-room safe.

There are 5 restaurants. Rehendi, the main restaurant, serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a different theme each night, and other options include the open air Reethi Grill, which does a fantastic barbecue, and the Moodhu Bar and Restaurant, perched over the lagoon and open 24 hours a day. The main Rasgefaanu Bar is open late and hosts entertainment ranging from karaoke to quiz nights and there is also a poolside bar and 3 wonderfully laid-back beach bars.

Reethi Beach has a superb house reef, just 30 to 100 metres from the shore, easily accessable via specially sculpted channels, so a visit to the PADI dive centre is recommended, or put on a snorkel and go! Other watersports include windsurfing, canoeing and kitesurfing. The sports complex here is one of the best in the Maldives, and includes a small freshwater swimming pool, gym, badminton and squash courts, 2 outdoor floodlit tennis courts and table tennis. There is also a beachfront spa, with the option of a treatment in the thatch hut on the beach.
