Each of the 448 guest rooms are elegantly furnished with natural and handmade materials, taking inspiration from the character of the Riviera Maya. An impressive 90% of rooms have views of the ocean, and each includes a local host, 55-inch TV, minibar stocked according to preference, Bluetooth sound system, Nespresso machine, bathrobe and slippers, custom scent amenities and complimentary WiFi. All first floor rooms have swim-up pools with a terrace area and chaises. All other rooms feature a hydro-spa tub. The two-bedroom Estancia Suite features a large living room, expansive terrace with two hydro spa tubs accessible from both bedrooms, and stunning ocean views. Villa 20° 87° looks out over the white-sand beach and features two master bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, bar and terrace with two hydro-spa tubs.
There are five restaurants and five bars, ranging from casual beachfront to fine dining. Restaurants serve up a variety of cuisine from all corners of the globe – Mura House takes inspiration from Asia, in particular the teppanyaki, yakitori, and sushi dishes of Japan, whilst coastal Italian-style cuisine is prepared in a wood-burning oven at Mi Carisa. For a taste of the Yucatan Peninsula, head to Cueva Siete which serves dishes rich in Mexican culture and tradition. Bars include the Cuban-style Palmera Lounge for cocktails and cigars alongside live entertainment some evenings.
All-Inclusive
There are three swimming pools, two of which have swim-up bars; pool and beach service is also available. Other facilities include high-end artisanal boutiques, basketball and tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art gym with fitness classes including Pilates, floating yoga and spinning. The spa has a fully-equipped hydrotherapy facility, 26 cabins, a steam room, sauna, hammam and plunge pool. Watersports on the beach include Hobie cat sailing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding and pedal boats.
Children under 18 years are not permitted.
