At The BodyHoliday, Hodgkin hosts master classes, seminars, talks, and takes exciting workouts which cover a vast array of themes.  Hodgkin has written features for many publications including: The Times, GQ, and Men’s Health, among many others. He has had a star studded past, winning three times world, and two times European karate champion. He has also had experience coaching: basketball: soccer, cricket and American Football.

Stephanie Mansour is another trainer at The BodyHoliday, she is the CEO of ‘Step It Up With Steph’, her main goal is to help people lose weight fast and ensure that the result lasts through holistic approaches. Her emphasis is on gaining confidence in yourself in order to create your own personal goal of a perfect body. Her four pronged approach: nutritional, emotional, physical and spiritual create a holistic transformation.
No stranger to success, Mansour has a string of certificates, for physical training, yoga and professional life coaching, among others.
