The Sandy Lane spa and wellness package includes a 60-minute full body massage and Bajan scrub per person, lunch for two at The Spa Café, and a full fitness assessment. The assessment will measure your heart rate, lung function, flexibility, strength, endurance and body composition, allowing you to identify your individual needs before being presented with a customised plan by a qualified fitness instructor.
GOLF
Sandy Lane offers some of the best golf in the world. The Treehouse Club features a playground area and daily activities, and teenagers have their own area, The Den, featuring a lounge with two large-screen TVs and a games room. With Sandy Lane’s family package, up to three children aged 16 yrs and under can share a second room at half the adult cost, they have unlimited use of The Treehouse Club, a gift on arrival, and complimentary dinner for ages 3–12 yrs. In the summer, Sandy Lane runs sports camps for children aged 7–16 yrs, where they can take part in complimentary lessons in golf, waterskiing, tennis, football, and swimming.
